Symbols, Mottos and Sayings
There are a number of public symbols, mottos and sayings affiliated with Triangle Fraternity, they are detailed below.
The Letters
Triangle Fraternity is not represented by a series of greek letters. Rather, our symbol is named the “Delta T” and is a letter “T” transcribed over a delta.
The Motto
The Triangle Motto is detailed on our crest as “Veritas Omnia Vincit”. This translates as “Truth, over all” or “Truth conquers all”.
The Code
Each Triangle, whether a New Member or an Initiated Brother, is obligated to live his life by a set of principals collectively known as the Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethics is as follows:

- Observe the precepts of the Fraternity as set forth in the Ritual
- Accept cheerfully my full share of any task, however menial, involved in maintaining a chapter home
- Preserve and promote the chosen ideals of my Fraternity
- Pay all personal bills promptly, and always live within my means
- Help create in my chapter home an environment in which enduring friendships may be formed
- Maintain a creditable scholastic record
- Promote the welfare of my profession
- Maintain my self-respect by proper conduct at all times
- Uphold faithfully the traditions and program of my Alma Mater
- Pay the price of success in honest effort.
The Symbols
The official colors of the fraternity are Old Rose and Grey, examples of their usage can be seen in this very website. The Triangle flower is the White chrysanthemum. The Triangle Symbol is the Engineer’s Transit, a device which is used to take land surveying measurements. Triangle Fraternity currently takes no Animal as an official Mascot.
