Academics
Students come to college not only to learn but also to find who they are meant to be. Though academics should not be the only thing which a Greek man or women should pursue, Triangle believes that the contemporary Greek system is not suited in producing truly well educated members of society.
This is where Triangle stands out, though a social fraternity, we limit our membership to Men in the fields of Science, Engineering and Architecture. This incorporates aspects of Professional Fraternities and Greek Letter Organizations. In the fraternity, members find friends not only to socialize with but also to study with. Whether the subject matter is Discrete Mathematics, Introductory Physics or Fluid Mechanics, there is at least one other man and many times over a dozen who’ve gone through the same classes.
Triangle Fraternity at UC Irvine’s academic success is evident, as it currently holds a GPA higher than the All Greek and All Engineering averages.
